We went to photoshop city to make this feature... five months before a certain massive billboard ad campaign hit London using a very similar idea. It's shot and art directed by Matthew Miles and Konrad Wyrebek, like everything on this blog. We were inspired by King Kong, Godzilla and twisted Japanese toons. The models rocked it, even though they all had to climb on was a coffee table. We promised them stuff like 'this will sort of look like Tapeii' and bribed them with M&S choco mini bites. Skyscraping thanks to Alex B at Premier and Paul at Oxygen Models. The hard bodied grooming was by Nikki Wolff at Naked Artists - she used Dermalogica products. Styling assistance came from Michael Baker and the featured brands include D&G, Diesel, G-Star and Nike with some retro garb from Beyond Retro in London. Don't look down! Ok, do...

Dark Wave

If you get stuck on a beach come Armageddon make sure you're wearing very short shorts. After importing some red sand from, um, B&Q, we got into a sort of bad-trip/fractal vision mood. The model is Hilton at Premier Models, grooming by Adam Burrell and featured swimwear includes Diesel, Hom and Bjorn Bjorg.

War Boys

We shot this for AXM Magazine. Ever climbed over fences and trenches to gatecrash a music festival? That was our reference point. These days we've got a VIP wristband which is cool for the slashed down toilet queues and mangled conversations with Lily Allen but somehow a lot less exciting. Styling was by Andrew Edward-Lister and he hung clothes by Alexander McQueen, Dries Van Noten, Umbro by Kim Jones, Roberto Cavalli, Diesel, Bottega Venetta and Topman on models Max at Premier and Henry at Nevs. Grooming was by Tara Mears. Man Mountains

Better wrap up warm, it's August! This one's for anyone missing winter/layers of graphic print knitwear/fake mountain backgrounds. Next time we'll go to Switzerland! This ski wear-meets-street wear shoot was for AXM Magazine. Art directed and photographed by Matthew Miles and Konrad Wyrebek, styled by Andrew Edward Lister, with Nikki Wolf on the grooming. We worked with winter wear from Stone Island, Roberto Cavalli, Chanel, Rip Curl, D&G, DKNY, John Galliano, Yves Saint Laurent, Prada Sport, Lucien-Pillat Finet, Versace and Uniqlo among others. The best bit was getting the whole team to pull on ski suits and pile on top of each other for a kind of football goal scoring celebration/orgy pose.

Oi Skinhead!

This shoot was a ton of fun, with two great new models Danny at Nevs and Scott at Premier - they both gave it a load of skins-on-the-street energy, we gave them some bruises ;) We shot half of it in an abandoned mortuary (shiver) which is maybe why the models didn't stop moving for a second. Photographed and art directed by Konrad Wyrebek and Matthew Miles. Stylist is Andrew Edward-Lister and Nikki Wolf at Naked Artists handled the grooming.

High Street Supplement

This one's a high street fashion supplement for a newspaper. We featured Uniqlo, Topman and Swear, shot it in a Soho bar and added some cute colours to offset the monochromia.
